About Me

I am inspired by purpose and motivated by faith. I have built global, high-impact brands at startup, mid-size, and Fortune 50 companies, spanning multiple industries and sectors from big CPG to international development. I’ve managed multi-million dollar P&Ls, revitalized multi-billion dollar iconic brands, and launched early-stage ventures…all with the goal of building organizations that help transform lives.

Is Your Vision Shining Through?

As a CEO, you carry an extraordinary vision—one with the potential to solve urgent problems, uplift communities, and shape the future. But even the boldest visions can be dimmed by hidden barriers: a misaligned strategy, fragmented messaging, operational complexity, or lack of capital.

That’s where I come in.

With over 25 years of executive experience across Fortune 500 companies, early stage startups, and global nonprofits, I help leaders break through roadblocks and move forward with clarity, speed, and conviction. From corporate boardrooms to founder whiteboards, I’ve led across the full arc of the business lifecycle—launching, scaling, turning around, and transforming organizations to achieve lasting impact.

About Me

I’m passionate about building redemptive ventures that shape a better world.

Over the course of my career, I’ve connected women and children through the Twist, Lick, and Dunk of an Oreo, democratized retail for the American middle class, elevated the cultural conversation around modern-day slavery, and created dignified jobs for women in East Africa.

As a senior executive at Mondelēz International, I led the global brand and operational strategy for the world’s #1 cookie, OREO—spanning 100 countries and $2 billion in revenue. At JCPenney, I was a member of the executive turnaround team, where I drove the brand revitalization and digital transformation of a 100-year-old, $12 billion legacy retailer.

At International Justice Mission, I served as Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications, leading brand transformation for the largest anti-slavery organization in the world.

Later, as CEO of Akola, I turned a 12-year-old nonprofit into a retail enterprise that employed nearly 200 marginalized women in East Africa. Akola was recognized as a top sustainable jewelry brand by Vogue and Oprah Daily.

My journey across global corporations, mission-driven nonprofits, and early-stage startups has given me deep expertise in brand strategy, P&L management, organizational effectiveness, global operations, and market disruption.

I serve on the board of Redeemer City to City, a global church-planting organization founded by Tim Keller, and mentor faith-driven entrepreneurs through the Praxis Redemptive Venture Accelerator. I am a venture partner with the Jeremiah Fund and an advisory board member for Wildwood Ventures. My work has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and InStyle Magazine, which named me one of “50 Women Making the World a Better Place.” I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School.

I’m especially passionate about advancing opportunity for the global poor, particularly in Africa and India, through the power of dignified employment. I find deep purpose in mentoring female leaders who are eager to make a difference. I love exploring new cultures through travel and discovering beauty and inspiration in every corner of the world. Whether connecting with entrepreneurs in Kenya, sharing stories with emerging leaders, or offering reflections on faith and leadership, I’m most alive when I’m helping drive transformation.

If you’re leading something bold and redemptive—I’d be honored to come alongside you.
